Edifecs EDI Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Edifecs EDI Analyst Transaction Specialist will manage functional EDI workflows, ensure accurate transaction processing, and interpret various transaction sets while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own functional EDI workflows and partner requirements, ensuring data validation and accurate transaction processing
- Analyze compliance with Strategic National Implementation Process (SNIP) and document mapping requirements for new partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot transaction issues and maintain data quality during audits and compliance reviews
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with Edifecs products in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong understanding of EDI X.12 transaction standards and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments and Agile methodologies
- EDIFECS certification is preferred
