Edifecs EDI Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Veterans Affairs department, the full-time Edifecs EDI Analyst Transaction Specialist will manage functional EDI workflows, ensure accurate transaction processing, and troubleshoot various transaction sets while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own functional EDI workflows and partner requirements while ensuring data validation and transaction processing
- Interpret and troubleshoot transaction sets, including 270/271, 276/277, and 837, among others
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and maintain data quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience with Edifecs products in EDI and healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of EDI X.12 transactions and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Experience with AWS cloud environments and Agile methodologies
- EDIFECS certification is preferred
