Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Edifecs Platform Operations Lead will ensure operational stability, manage staffing and technical oversight, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Edifecs application support, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment
- Guide architecture decisions and oversee modernization efforts, cloud scalability, and performance strategies
- Collaborate with EDI Analysts and DevSecOps Engineers to optimize Edifecs processing rules and troubleshoot issues
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS expertise
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Deep hands-on experience with Edifecs architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Proficiency in EDI troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of transaction failures
- Experience with Agile methodologies and strong documentation habits
