Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Edifecs Platform Operations Lead will ensure operational stability, manage staffing, and drive roadmap execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Edifecs platform to ensure compliance, scalability, and strategic alignment
- Provide technical oversight and guide architecture decisions, modernization efforts, and performance strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Edifecs processing rules and resolve mapping issues
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS expertise
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of EDIFecs architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience with EDI troubleshooting and performance optimization
- EDIFecs certification is preferred
