Edifecs Platform Operations Lead
Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Edifecs Platform Operations Lead will ensure operational stability, manage staffing, and drive roadmap execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the Edifecs platform, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment while guiding architecture decisions and modernization efforts
- Configure and maintain Edifecs modules and support deployment, patching, and upgrades, while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Analyze and resolve issues related to EDI processing, including mapping failures and performance bottlenecks
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS expertise
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of EDIFICS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Hands-on experience with EDI troubleshooting and optimization, including performance tuning and monitoring
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub, and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
