Edifecs Platform Operations Lead
Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Edifecs Platform Operations Lead will ensure operational stability, manage staffing, and drive roadmap execution in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Edifecs Platform Manager, overseeing application support and ensuring compliance and strategic alignment
- Guide architecture decisions and modernization efforts while collaborating with product, architecture, and business teams
- Analyze and resolve mapping issues, validation failures, and performance bottlenecks, supporting release deployments and environment refreshes
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with significant AWS experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- EDIFECS certification and experience with Electronic Data Interchange X.12 transactions
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub, including collaborative workflows and branching strategies
