Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Edifecs Platform Operations Lead will ensure operational stability and strategic alignment while managing staffing, technical oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Edifecs platform operations, ensuring compliance and scalability
- Guide architecture decisions and oversee modernization efforts and cloud scalability
- Collaborate with EDI Analysts and DevSecOps Engineers to optimize Edifecs processing rules and workflows
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience with EDI troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub, including collaborative workflows
