Edifecs Platform Operations Lead
Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Edifecs Platform Operations Lead will ensure operational stability and strategic alignment while working remotely, overseeing technical management, staffing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Edifecs platform operations, ensuring compliance, scalability, and performance optimization
- Guide architecture decisions and modernization efforts while supporting release deployments and system maintenance
- Collaborate with EDI Analysts and other teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize processing rules and workflows
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS expertise
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of EDIFICS architecture, transaction lifecycles, and EDI integration management
- Proficiency in Git and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
- EDIFICS certification is preferred
