Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Edifecs Platform Operations Lead will ensure operational stability, manage staffing, and drive roadmap execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Edifecs platform management, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment
- Guide architecture decisions and modernization efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to EDI processing rules and system performance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS expertise
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Deep hands-on experience with EDIFICS architecture, including XEServer and XEngine
- Proficiency in EDI troubleshooting and performance optimization techniques
- Strong understanding of compliance, audit, and partner governance in cloud data architecture
