Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Edifecs Platform Operations Lead will ensure operational stability and strategic alignment while managing staffing and technical oversight in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Edifecs application support organization, ensuring operational stability and compliance
- Guide architecture decisions and modernization efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Analyze and resolve mapping issues and performance bottlenecks in Edifecs processing rules and workflows
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of Edifecs architecture and transaction lifecycles
- Experience with EDI troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of transaction failures
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub, including collaborative workflows
