Job Summary
Leading the Edifecs application support organization, the full-time Edifecs Platform Operations Lead will ensure operational stability and compliance while managing staffing and driving roadmap execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Edifecs application support organization, focusing on operational stability and strategic alignment
- Guide architecture decisions and modernization efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Analyze and resolve mapping issues, validation failures, and performance bottlenecks in Edifecs processing
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in EDI, healthcare, or enterprise application operations with strong AWS experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong knowledge of EDIFICS architecture, transaction lifecycles, and EDI troubleshooting
- Experience with AWS cloud environments and infrastructure as code tools like Ansible and Terraform
- EDIFICS certification is preferred
