eDiscovery Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote eDiscovery Project Manager who will manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects, ensuring client expectations are met while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of eDiscovery projects from initiation and planning through execution, review, and final delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely communication and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Facilitate project meetings and internal communications to ensure successful project completion and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Required qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of eDiscovery project management experience in a client-facing role
• Proven ability to lead multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model stages and eDiscovery tools
• Knowledge of data privacy laws, FRCP, GDPR, and compliance frameworks
• University degree or equivalent qualification preferred; RCA certification is a plus
