Job Summary
Leading high-impact client-facing projects, the full-time remote eDiscovery Senior Project Manager will manage complex project portfolios, mentor project teams, and drive operational excellence while ensuring client satisfaction and strategic alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from strategic planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Own service delivery relationships for strategic client accounts, facilitating proactive communication and issue resolution
- Provide mentorship and performance management for project teams while championing cross-department collaboration
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience
- At least 3+ years of experience in legal administration, paralegal, compliance, or settlement preferred
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and managing strategic client relationships
- Expertise in data workflows, document review processes, and legal technology
