eDiscovery Project Manager

Job Summary

As the primary liaison and case consultant for clients, the full-time remote eDiscovery Project Manager will manage client requirements, consult on eDiscovery services using Relativity, and coordinate internal processes to meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and interpret client requirements within eDiscovery processes
• Consult with clients on utilizing Epiq's suite of services, particularly leveraging Relativity
• Coordinate internal processes across Epiq departments to ensure client objectives are met

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an e-discovery environment, with hosting services experience preferred
• Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, preferably Relativity
• Industry certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert are advantageous
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to work extended hours when project demands require
