eDiscovery Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing third shift operations, the full-time eDiscovery Project Delivery Operations Specialist will independently oversee complex litigation projects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely deliverables while collaborating with the daytime Client Services team remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage daily handoffs of active matters, ensuring continuity and accountability during the overnight shift
• Independently manage multiple eDiscovery projects across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, providing tailored consultation to clients
• Administer and troubleshoot the Relativity environment, ensuring quality control and effective reporting of workspace metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Relativity administration and eDiscovery project management experience
• Relativity Certified Administrator certification
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity, including both RelativityOne and Relativity Server
• Expert understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and experience across the litigation lifecycle
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects independently
