Education Program Manager
Job Summary
Serving as the primary relationship owner for partner schools and resellers, the full-time remote Education Program Manager will manage program launches, provide ongoing support, and facilitate communication between partners and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Site Coordinators at assigned partner schools and resellers
- Plan and support program launches while adhering to standard operating procedures and the academic calendar
- Capture partner feedback and route issues to relevant internal teams to enhance partnership quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in program management, account management, or partner relations, preferably in education
- Familiarity with online programs and technology at school sites
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
