Education Specialist
Job Summary
To support new customers in effectively utilizing the Wealthbox platform, the remote, full-time Education Specialist will lead onboarding efforts, conduct live training sessions, and develop educational resources to ensure customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead education-driven onboarding for new customers, including kickoff calls and platform walkthroughs
- Facilitate live training sessions tailored to client objectives and technical proficiency
- Track onboarding progress and proactively address at-risk accounts while managing Zendesk ticket resolutions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing onboarding, implementation, or training role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously
- Experience facilitating live video sessions with professionalism
- Familiarity with CRM software or financial services technology is a strong plus
- A genuine passion for customer success and teaching others
