Educational Support Manager

Job Summary

To enhance student achievement, the full-time Educational Opportunity and Support Manager will oversee the statewide implementation of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant program, ensuring compliance and high-quality expanded learning opportunities for students and families while collaborating with schools and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration of Title IV, Part B programs, ensuring compliance and effective implementation at state and district levels
• Lead the development and execution of program strategies in collaboration with stakeholders to enhance program impact
• Analyze program performance data and provide technical assistance to school and district leaders on best practices and fiscal management

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field with three years of professional-level work experience in an educational setting, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience
• Knowledge of federal and state education laws, policies, and programs
• Experience working with state and federal educational programs
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management
