EEO Counselor Certified Specialist
Job Summary
Independently processing EEO pre-complaints from intake to closure, the full-time EEO Counselor Certified Specialist will conduct interviews, analyze data, and prepare reports while supporting the Reasonable Accommodation Program and EEO Complaints Program.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct EEO complaints counseling and assist in dispute resolution
- Compile and analyze relevant data for EEO complaint processing and maintain case files
- Draft letters and memos related to reasonable accommodation requests and EEO complaints
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in a related area
- EEO Counselor Certification (32/8 hour cert) is required
- Proficiency in office automation software, including Adobe Pro and Microsoft Suite
- Ability to follow instructions with great attention to detail
- A SECRET security clearance is required for this position
