EFT Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support enrollment processes, the part-time EFT Enrollment Specialist will manage all EFT/ERA enrollment submissions, collaborate with internal teams for timely execution, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect, verify, and maintain documentation for enrollment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Complete EFT & ERA enrollments with payers and clearinghouses, providing timely updates and issue resolution
• Monitor and implement updates from payers and regulatory entities, reviewing bulletins for necessary changes

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma; associate's degree in business or healthcare preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Clearinghouse and Payer Enrollment requirements
• Experience in healthcare billing, cash posting, and/or coding desired
• Knowledge of general accounting principles required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related healthcare systems preferred
