Key responsibilities
- Manage and direct complex technical projects, ensuring targeted outcomes are achieved
- Define strategy and technology roadmap while overseeing a team responsible for project implementation
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues and risks, maintaining project plans based on commitments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or systems support
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
