EHR Analyst I - Epic Certified

Job Summary

Supporting the configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Epic electronic health record, the full-time EHR Analyst I - Epic Certified will assist with workflow analysis, system build, and end-user support while working onsite in Cincinnati, OH.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with system configuration, including templates, preference lists, and basic workflows
• Participate in testing activities, executing test scripts, and validating build changes
• Provide Level 1 end-user support, documenting and escalating issues as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification preferred
