EHR Application Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the development and functionality of Electronic Health Record systems, the full-time EHR Application Analyst will provide technical support, configure applications, and collaborate with stakeholders while working remotely and participating in on-call rotations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and managing support requests
- Assist in configuring and customizing the EHR system to meet healthcare provider workflows
- Engage with EHR vendors and participate in workflow discovery sessions to support system enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- Zero to two years of experience in Information Technology, Healthcare Information Systems, or related roles
- Epic certifications required within six months of hire
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, healthcare, or related field
- Experience with application support, system implementation, and end-user training
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows and terminology
