EHR Billing Analyst

Job Summary

Providing real-time support to the Revenue Cycle Management team, the remote EHR Billing Analyst will address billing discrepancies, resolve production issues for end users, and play a key role in optimizing the EHR system while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Address billing discrepancies and resolve production issues for all end users
• Serve as the point of contact for EHR billing corrections and maintain accurate records of billing changes
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of enhancements to the billing system

Required qualifications:

• Minimum two years' experience with myAvatar, Sigmund, AURA, SmartCare, or another EHR system preferred
• Knowledge of billing/CMS regulations and claim remittance codes
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management preferred
• Ability to understand and interpret billing concepts and requirements
• Self-reliant individual with strong multitasking skills and excellent follow-through
