Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote EHR Financial Specialist I will manage PointClickCare financial configuration tasks, support the finance team with record maintenance, and respond to inquiries related to financial processes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform PointClickCare Financial Configuration tasks, including setting up contracts and resolving PCC errors
- Conduct audits and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members to offer PCC education as needed
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with PCC financial software
- 3+ years of LTC Regional Accounts Receivable experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
