- Proven experience leading enterprise EHR integrations, particularly with Epic implementations

- Strong technical fluency in bidirectional integrations, HL7 v2, and FHIR standards
- Ability to translate clinical workflows and business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple integrations and resolve technical obstacles
