EHR System Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the HIE Medicaid Services program, the part-time EHR Healthcare System Analyst will enhance Medicaid quality and population health efforts through improved data exchange, focusing on digital quality measures and health-related social needs data integration in a remote/hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing operations of Medicaid data exchange services, emphasizing health-related social needs data capture
- Translate program and partner needs into technical and workflow requirements, coordinating cross-team activities to enhance data quality and interoperability
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, guide testing and onboarding, and ensure accurate and secure data connections
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Healthcare IT & EHR Operations Experience
- 3 years of SQL & Reporting Experience, including advanced SQL and data analysis for healthcare reporting
- 3 years of Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Experience
- 3 years of Healthcare Data Standards & Compliance experience, including knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, and HIPAA
- 3 years of Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration Experience
