Job Summary
Supporting the daily coordination and implementation of safety programs, the full-time remote Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Team Member will ensure compliance with EHS policies, assist in tracking safety metrics, and perform routine site visits to promote a proactive safety culture across clean energy projects.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure day-to-day site compliance with local laws and internal EHS policies
- Collect and report on EHS targets, safety metrics, and operational KPIs
- Perform routine visits to construction sites to observe safety practices and assist field teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Management, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in heavy industrial construction or energy projects
- ASP, CHST, or OSHA 30-Hour preferred (or willingness to obtain within 12 months)
- Basic understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident investigation support
- Ability to complete FEMA IS-100, 200, 700, and 800 training upon hire
