Job Summary
Leading complex EHS&S technology initiatives, the full-time EHS&S Systems Architect will translate business needs into scalable digital solutions, manage the architecture and design framework, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure compliance and integration across systems in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategic solution architecture and technology roadmap for the EHS&S digital ecosystem
- Analyze current and future-state EHS&S processes to identify gaps and define clear business and functional requirements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process maps, user stories, and solution blueprints throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
- 10+ years of experience in EHS&S, digital solutions, or solution architecture in a regulated industry
- Experience with enterprise EHS&S platforms and their integration with adjacent systems
- Relevant certifications in solution architecture, cloud platforms, or project delivery preferred
- Expertise in solution architecture, process design, and systems integration
