Job Summary
To support safe and compliant transportation operations, the fully remote ELD Compliance Specialist will provide technical support for ELD systems, train team members on ELD usage and compliance, and monitor data for FMCSA adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for ELD hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Train drivers, dispatchers, and team members on proper ELD usage and best practices for electronic log maintenance
- Monitor ELD data for compliance, identify exceptions, and generate necessary reports for safety audits and FMCSA mandates
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with ELD systems or related technology in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry
- Solid understanding of FMCSA ELD regulations and Hours of Service rules
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to guide end users through ELD problem-solving steps
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a customer-focused approach to support
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
