Job Summary
To support the development of engaging digital learning experiences, the fully remote eLearning Developer will lead web-based course development, create interactive modules, and assist in maintaining the LMS infrastructure while collaborating with Instructional Designers.
Key responsibilities
- Code interactive, responsive web-based learning modules using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript within the LMS and rapid-authoring tools
- Assist in editing or building custom LMS pages and manage eLearning Team files hosted on AWS servers
- Produce custom course graphics and multimedia using Adobe Creative Cloud or Camtasia, adhering to brand standards
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in front-end web development and eLearning development
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and understanding of API connections and AWS file hosting
- Demonstrated experience navigating and customizing enterprise LMS environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing custom graphics, UI/UX layouts, and video/audio editing
- Foundation in adult learning theory and complex interactivity design
