Job Summary
Contracting remotely, the eLearning Developer will audit, improve, and rebuild a library of online courses using Articulate Rise 360, focusing on enhancing engagement and effectiveness for coaches worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct course audits to evaluate structure, engagement, and overall learner experience, delivering prioritized recommendations
- Update existing courses or rebuild them from scratch based on approved recommendations, ensuring accessibility and effective media integration
- Review content packages for new courses, recommend delivery approaches, and build engaging online learning experiences in Rise 360
Required Qualifications:
- Five or more years of instructional design experience
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with Articulate Rise 360 within the past three years
- Experience auditing and redesigning existing courses
- Strong assessment design skills, including scenario-based questions
- Clear and practical written communication skills for non-designers
