eLearning Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on developing comprehensive eLearning experiences, the full-time remote eLearning Manager will design engaging self-paced courses for the elluminate platform while managing content strategy, leveraging AI technologies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance learner experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging eLearning experiences, including storyboards, courseware, and assessments for major learning platforms
• Manage the ongoing lifecycle of eLearning content, ensuring materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support effective content development and delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in eLearning development preferred
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Captivate
• Strong experience with AI in eLearning development
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in production workflow
