Electoral Organizer

Job Summary

Empowering volunteers and supporters, the part-time Electoral Organizer will engage voters and organize communities around upcoming elections while working remotely on a contract basis through November 30, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize digital tools to recruit, mobilize, and train a diverse group of leaders and supporters for electoral activities
• Track volunteer outreach and engagement in EveryAction/VAN and submit daily reports
• Plan and execute organizing actions, events, and trainings, including phone banks and virtual meetings

Required qualifications

• At least two cycles of electoral work, with one cycle of distributed organizing preferred
• Proficiency in digital tools such as GetThru Suite, VAN/EveryAction, and Google Suite Tools
• Experience working or volunteering on electoral, union, or community organizing campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
