Electrical Design Engineer

Job Summary

To support the power and integration team, the remote Electrical Design Engineer will develop and maintain electrical designs for modular containerized data centers, conduct protective device coordination and arc flash studies, and review vendor submittals while collaborating with manufacturing partners across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain electrical designs including single-line diagrams and load calculations for modular data centers
• Run protective device coordination and arc flash studies, producing necessary documentation for field use
• Review vendor submittals for various electrical systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and resolving discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program
• 3-7 years of post-degree experience in electrical design, particularly in data centers or mission-critical facilities
• Hands-on experience with protection coordination and arc flash software (e.g., SKM, ETAP)
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical and/or Revit MEP, plus Bluebeam Revu for submittal markup
