Electrical Designer - FL Licensed
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Electrical Designer - FL Licensed, the position focuses on electrical, instrumentation, and controls design for capital projects, utilizing Revit to create detailed fabrication drawings while supporting engineering and construction efforts in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls Design for Capital Projects
- Create client issue drawings and detailed fabrication drawings using Revit
- Develop electrical Revit families and custom electrical components
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Associate degree in Electrical, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent science degree
- 5+ years of related experience in a Design Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering role
- 5+ years of Electrical, Instrumentation, or Controls installation experience
- Advanced knowledge of technical standards and guidelines (API, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience with large-scale commercial/industrial, MEP, and/or modular construction projects preferred
