Electrical Designer - TX Licensed

Job Summary

To support the design and development of modular buildings and data center infrastructure, the full-time Electrical Designer - TX Licensed will perform electrical, instrumentation, and controls design work while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and fabrication teams, with the flexibility to work remotely from select states.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls Design for Capital Projects
• Create client issue drawings and detailed fabrication drawings using Revit
• Prepare single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and panel schedules while providing design support throughout all project phases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Electrical, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent science degree
• 5+ years of related experience in Design Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering roles
• 5+ years of Electrical, Instrumentation, or Controls installation experience
• Advanced knowledge of technical standards and guidelines (API, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, etc.)
• Ability to create solutions to complex, non-routine problems
