Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Electrical Dispatcher in a full-time remote capacity, the successful candidate will manage customer communication, schedule and dispatch electricians using ServiceTitan, and oversee daily service operations to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, emails, and service inquiries professionally
• Schedule and dispatch electricians while managing technician schedules throughout the day
• Coordinate electrical permits, inspections, and maintain accurate customer and job information in ServiceTitan

Required Qualifications

• ServiceTitan experience required
• Residential electrical or home-services experience required
• 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred
• Basic understanding of electrical permits and inspections
• Strong computer and technology skills
