Electrical Estimator
Job Summary
Focusing on electrical demolition and systems, the full-time Electrical Estimator will produce accurate cost estimates, collaborate with clients and design teams, and support pre-construction efforts in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and interpret construction documents, including drawings and specifications
- Develop and submit RFIs while soliciting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
- Perform electrical quantity take-offs using estimating software and conduct comparative cost analyses
Required qualifications
- Familiarity with building electrical systems preferred
- Experience with OST or similar estimating software preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
