Job Summary

To support a growing customer base, the remote Electrical Estimator Specialist will provide exceptional software support, manage inbound inquiries, and conduct training sessions for new users while leveraging their estimating experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound support inquiries and provide timely, professional responses to users
• Conduct training sessions for new customers during their onboarding process
• Continuously learn the software to effectively assist users and suggest improvements to support processes

Required qualifications

• Approximately 2 to 6 years of experience as an estimator or in a support role within the electrical or mechanical sector
• Strong interest in technology and experience in using software tools
• Proficient in written communication with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing workload effectively
• Enthusiastic and confident in engaging with professionals at all levels
