Job Summary
Supporting the monitoring and optimization of solar and energy storage systems, the full-time Solar and Energy Storage Remote Operator & Data Analyst will analyze real-time data, diagnose system issues, and collaborate with technical teams, working in a hybrid capacity from either Westborough, MA or Pine Brook, NJ.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor real-time data to identify anomalies and performance deviations in solar and energy storage systems
- Analyze system performance metrics to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose issues and propose corrective actions while maintaining data integrity
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years in Solar Operations and Maintenance
- Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical Journeyman's License
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and renewable energy asset management software
- Experience with predictive maintenance applications in PV and BESS systems
