Electrical Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing maintenance activities on customer sites, the full-time Onsite O&M Services Specialist will be responsible for preparing energy consumption reports, monitoring SLAs, and performing maintenance on MV and LV switchgear, transformers, and control systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare energy consumption reports and shift schedules while monitoring monthly SLAs
• Perform maintenance on MV switchgear, LV switchgear, and transformers, ensuring operational efficiency
• Manage and troubleshoot control systems, relay coordination, and earthing systems

Required qualifications:

• BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in O&M of switchyards, plants, and machinery
• Experience with MV and LV switchgear maintenance, including ABB, Siemens, and Areva products
• Knowledge of numerical relays, battery banks, and VCB/ACB control systems
• Familiarity with digitalization in electrical systems and basic knowledge of HVDC and FACTS
• Strong management skills and proficiency in MS Office software
