Job Summary
Working remotely, the part-time hourly Technical Product Support Specialist in Electrical will assist customers by selecting the right products, providing post-sales support, and answering troubleshooting questions for a variety of electrical and lighting systems.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with external and internal customers to provide technical product support via telephone
- Utilize multiple computer programs to identify solutions and document customer interactions effectively

Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and lighting systems
- Experience with Industrial Controls and Automation
- Proficiency in computer use with the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
