Electrical Program Consultant

Job Summary

To support the development of a potential electrical technician program, the part-time Vocational Education Program Consultant will conduct market assessments, design program curricula, and advise on industry alignment while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Strategy to develop the business case, including labor-market demand and competitive landscape
• Develop recommendations for program competency frameworks, course sequences, and lab requirements
• Advise on the formation of an employer advisory board to align program recommendations with industry needs

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in the electrical trade
• Direct experience designing and launching vocational or workforce programs at educational institutions
• Working knowledge of NEC, NCCER, OSHA, and state electrical licensure structures
• Business fluency to advise on program P&L and enrollment economics
• Track record of developing employer partnerships and job-placement pathways
