Electrical Technology Adjunct

Job Summary

To support student learning in Electrical Technology, the part-time Electrical Technology Adjunct will plan, organize, and deliver instruction in various formats, including classroom and online environments, while providing timely feedback and engaging with students outside of class.

Key responsibilities

• Create a learning environment that facilitates the acquisition of knowledge and skills in Electrical Technology
• Align course activities with learning outcomes and employ active learning strategies to foster student engagement
• Deliver instruction and conduct assessments in accordance with college policies, providing meaningful feedback on student performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Technology or related field, or an Associate Degree in Electrical Technology
• Two years of related work experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in an electronic format
• Teaching experience at the college level is preferred
• Knowledge of learning management systems, such as CANVAS
