Electrician Scheduler

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and organized ESC Electrician Scheduler, this full-time remote position will manage electrician schedules and assignments, coordinate service calls and inspections, and ensure efficient communication between field teams and homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage daily and weekly schedules for ESC Electricians across assigned markets
• Coordinate service calls, electrical corrections, and other field work while maximizing technician productivity
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners and field teams regarding appointments and schedule changes

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or field operations coordination
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience using scheduling, CRM, or project-management systems
• Ability to make quick scheduling decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable communicating directly with field technicians and homeowners
