Email and SMS Deployment Architect
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end deployment and migration for enterprise Email/SMS customers, the full-time remote Email and SMS Deployment Architect will lead technical discovery, implementation workshops, and drive successful production launches while acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the deployment and migration process for Email/SMS customers, ensuring successful production launches
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into scalable messaging architecture
- Develop migration plans for existing ESP and messaging infrastructures, managing dependencies and mitigating risks
Required qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience with enterprise email, SMS, or marketing automation platform migrations
- Strong technical foundation in APIs, data integrations, and enterprise architecture
- Understanding of messaging architecture, including subscriber data and consent management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
