Email and SMS Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Leading email and SMS marketing initiatives, the full-time remote Email and SMS Marketing Manager will drive strategy, execution, and performance optimization while managing a team of strategists and specialists to deliver engaging, data-driven communication that fosters brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and implements a comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Manages and mentors a team of Email and SMS Marketing Strategists and Specialists
• Tracks and analyzes KPIs to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience managing email and SMS marketing campaigns using enterprise platforms
• 3+ years of experience leading a marketing team, including hiring and performance management
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and dynamic content creation for visually engaging campaigns
• Demonstrated expertise in audience segmentation and email/SMS marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA)
