Email and SMS Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the execution of email and SMS campaigns, the full-time Email and SMS Marketing Specialist will build, schedule, and manage campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and send email and SMS campaigns, maintaining quality and compliance with established strategies
• Execute segmentation, A/B testing, and monitor deliverability and flow health to enhance customer engagement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate implementation of copy and creative elements in campaigns

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in building and sending email and SMS campaigns in a DTC or ecommerce setting
• Proficiency in Klaviyo, including troubleshooting flow triggers and integrations
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email, with experience in rendering issues across clients
• Experience with SMS campaign execution and understanding of TCPA compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle a high-volume send calendar
