Email Deliverability Consultant
Job Summary
Providing email deliverability consulting services, the full-time Email Deliverability Consultant will educate customers on best practices, monitor performance metrics, and ensure high campaign deliverability while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with new and existing customers on email deliverability strategies and best practices
- Monitor and analyze customer performance using internal metrics and third-party delivery tools
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years of experience in email deliverability consulting or support
- 2+ years in a B2B customer-facing role in a high-tech, SaaS environment
- Experience with third-party delivery tools such as Google Postmaster Tools and Microsoft SNDS
- Strong familiarity with end-to-end email delivery processes and compliance regulations
